Can't recommend highly enough for a city holiday
Comfortable room, friendly staff, where I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep on a cozy bed, and had a delicious breakfast with accommodating service for special requests, all while benefiting from the excellent bus service to and from the city center right outside the hotel.
Don't have any issues at all.

Good breakfast service each morning.
The room lacked basic supplies like adequate soap. I ran out the first night, and it was frustrating. The sheets did not fit properly on the mattress.

Friendly and cute staff. Loved the beautiful building and comfy beds. Super clean with thick towels, really liked them. Breakfast was nice and the pub was busy with a great vibe. The location was great, with a bus stop just a minute away.
The room was kinda small and the floor was really creaky. There weren't enough power plugs for my gadgets.

It's a perfect spot, just a short walk to the rugby stadium. We also explored a brewery nearby. The staff is super friendly, and the pub food is decent. Easy access to the city center makes it ideal for first-timers.
The place could really use a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint, a bit off-putting at first.

It was just a strong match for a city break in Edinburgh with high value for money. I appreciated the friendly barmaid who helped resolve the mix-up about the football game I wanted to watch. Make sure to double-check what games will be shown before you arrive.
